UX 720°: Holistic UX design for intuitive and brand-strong products

Our UX 720° method is the key to a first-class product experience. For holistic UX design, we combine the hardware and software perspectives into a perfect unit. Our experts approach your product not only from the perspective of user-centric UI/UX design, but also from the functional perspective of experienced industrial designers and engineers. The result: ergonomic, intuitive, and brand-defining products that impress with outstanding usability and process reliability.

Typical problems of existing systems

Many existing systems suffer from a separate approach to physical and digital components. This often leads to typical problems:

  • The focus is solely on the software's graphical user interface (GUI).

  • Physical controls and on-screen content are not

    integrated.

  • Operation becomes impractical, complicated, and unintuitive.

  • This fails to create a coherent and positive brand experience for the user.

With the UX 720° method, we go a decisive step further. By holistically analyzing all relevant touchpoints, we ensure that the best possible elements are selected for the user interface. We categorize all functions according to manipulation, display, and support to optimally meet the requirements of production, the device environment, and user ergonomics.

What can we do for you?

Thanks to our interdisciplinary teams and in-house workshop, we quickly turn ideas into reality. We build prototypes that bring hardware and software to life – for example, by combining 3D-printed enclosures with interactive displays (Figma/Axure) and real-world controls (via Arduino or arcade controllers).

This enables us to conduct meaningful usability tests with real users, who can experience a realistic product, right from a very early stage of the development process.

To quickly and realistically implement prototypes, we have built a comprehensive material archive. It includes, among other things:

  • Microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi):

These are the brains of our prototypes. We use them to control complex, interactive processes and enable dynamic responses to user inputs by connecting sensors and actuators.

  • Encoders (Zero Delay / Arcade):

These components allow for the quick and easy connection of standard control elements such as buttons or joysticks – ideal for simple functional prototypes without complex programming.

  • Electronic Components:

The physical interface to the user. Our collection includes everything from push buttons and joysticks to status LEDs and sensors to high-resolution, interactive touch displays.

  • 3D printers:

We use them to manufacture customized housings, ergonomic control elements, and individual components to precisely replicate the planned shape and feel of the product.
